CABALISM IN THE CHURCH

The mysteries of life are always before us, in our plans and hopes, in our thoughts of who we are and where we are going, but most importantly how we are to get wherever that is. The occult is one of man’s efforts to answer these questions and musings. Another older system of intrigue is the Jewish Cabal, an accumulation of spiritual enterprises intended to elevate the contributors to a higher level of knowledge and power.

These spiritual-legal thoughts and interpretations of the Law have been accumulated in a growing Jewish missal called the Talmud. It has for many centuries, even before Christ’s coming, been the rule of life for the Jews. It has mostly taken the place of the Torah, the Book of the Law given by God through Moses. Those who study and apply this Talmud in their ministry are the leaders of the Jewish ecclesiasts and are highly influential in the social-political arena, bringing unfounded powers and claims to the tables of propriety and faith.

This cabalist force presents itself among the Jews and in their communities in a powerful way, making proclamation that Jews are the “Master Race”, of a higher human species, and that the world, made up of human animals is expected to bow to their every wish and eventually to their every command. Such high attitudes are the very works of the Jews that hanged Jesus on His cross. Those that proclaimed unwritten laws of early Talmud beliefs worked overtime to accuse our Lord of breaking Jewish law. Christ identified these “laws” as ‘men’s laws’, and accused them of ignoring God’s Laws in favor of them.

Today there continues this same attitude of a higher rank among Christian believers because they are students of Christology and psychology in ’high’ places of learning. The lessons of Jesus are pure and simple, lessons that can be learned by any man. The simple act of washing of feet, a humble work of considering others better than self in love, becomes for the cabalists a mystery of profound significance that a mere novice who knows no foreign language can possibly comprehend.

Delving into higher and higher spiritual mysteries unattended by the Spirit of God leads men into dangerous territories occupied by Satan himself. This is the source of confusion, the confusion of the Talmud among the Jews, and the confusion of conflicting Bibles among Christians. All this confusion sets up the supposed necessity of clerics who have been to these places of higher learning in order to properly interpret the Law and the Faith among God’s people. This whole process is Satan’s way of “Foot Washing”, actually a “brain-washing” process used to bring the novice into subjection to the learned.

Christians are being convinced that without “higher learning” they have no ‘say’ in the ministry of the church. The ultimate offence is the specialization of ministries that further separates the sheep from what has become the hirelings, paid well for their ‘advanced’ knowledge in interpreting God’s Word. Their power lies in their subsidized education rather than their personal knowledge of Christ and His Word. Their subjects’ questions are answered with scholarly aplomb. Those who would offer to them any truths they have found that conflicts with their theology are told that, “unless you know Greek and Hebrew you have no place in questioning those who do”, today’s cabalism.

It is interesting to note that the profusion of Bibles comes from an occult source introduced into the churches in 1881 by two British theologian clerics, Brooke Westcott and Fenton Hort, who by a “higher” learned critique of the Bible using two old, corrupt manuscripts to sell their Greek text of the New Testament. The occult source was of the men themselves who were agnostic in belief and involved in dark practices including the formation of an organization called, “The Ghostly Guild”. The two manuscripts used by these men to sell their critical text to the church were also agnostic, Origen and Eusebius, his understudy, of the first and third centuries respectively.

Here is the entrance of the same cabalism into the church as has been with the Jews for millennia, the searching into mysteries that are not God’s instruction to us. Why is it necessary to travel into foreign lands to be taught in schools of great renown? Is it not for reasons of prestige and supposed power among the “unlearned”? The highly educated Apostle Paul set the truth down quite clearly when he said, “And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.” (1 Corinthians 2:1-5 AV)

This same Paul who knew the mystery of the Kingdom of God said that he would not be foolish in placing himself on a higher plane than he knew himself to be, yet God called him for the ministry of the Gospel of Christ to the Gentiles. Read what he said concerning this humble attitude, “It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord. I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities. For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me. (2 Corinthians 12:1-6 AV) The mystery of the kingdom cannot be understood by man until he/she is born into the kingdom by the rebirth of spirit by the Holy Ghost of God through the baptism that Jesus baptized with, yet the knowledge of the kingdom is not for the purpose of pride or self elevation.

Any supposed spiritual enlightenment that man claims outside of the Word of God comes from Lucifer, the light-bearer who was cast down to earth for his rebellion. It is his power that man uses to elevate himself to levels of high places which God has torn down all through history, and will again tear down the lies of the enemy that support the cabalism that is rampant today in churches all over the world. When it comes, it will be with great wrath of tribulation against those who have been part of the deception, whether they practice it or whether they ascribe to it. The Word of God is clear and man is without excuse in knowing that we are accountable to Him in all things spiritual, mental and material.

We need to be warned and thankful if we are already aware of this evil, and need to take heed to keep ourselves free from it so that our Gospel will be simple enough for a little child to understand that God loves them. He loves all of us at this level. It doesn’t take a genius to hear and understand the Gospel of Christ, but rather, a heart with an open door to receive the Love of God. To bring confusion into the mind of the simple is to destroy their ability to discern the truth, that only which can make men free.
